Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include 2 years of experience in hospitality operations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent written and spoken English are essential.
• Applicant should be flexible with shifts and weekends; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in directing all aspects of the Food & Beverage division.
• Plan, organize, and control outlet operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and discipline staff to meet standards.
• Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegant setting.
• Manage labor, budgeting, purchasing, inventory and cash control.
• Attend operational meetings for cross-department coordination.
• Monitor facilities and equipment and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate professionally with teammates and supervisors.
