Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead the In Room Dining and Pool service operations. You will ensure engaging hospitality, supervise staff, and uphold Four Seasons standards in a luxury dining environment.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in luxury dining, English fluency, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. The role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits in a premier Silicon Valley setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a luxury dining environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Frequent standing and walking for extended periods.
• Open schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee In Room Dining and Pool service operations (seasonal).
• Always deliver engaging guest service.
• Adapt to evolving food and beverage programs.
• Train and lead In Room Dining staff to meet standards.
• Be visible in operations, recognize guests, handle issues.
• Describe and ensure quality of food, wine knowledge in service.
• Take guest orders with courteous, accurate etiquette.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and coordinate delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests.
• Coordinate amenity deliveries promptly.
• Help control labor and operating costs through scheduling and purchasing.
• Attend meetings to coordinate across departments.
• Oversee other dining outlets as MOD when needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
