Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the Berkeley Residence Inn, a hotel-style property with a focus on dining and banquet services. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate between kitchen, bar and servers, and ensure service standards and safety compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, proficiency with POS systems, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily restaurant operations and banquet operations, including dining service, reservations, and guest interactions.
• Ensure smooth workflow between kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation regulations and liquor laws.
• Provide a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally and implement strategies to boost satisfaction.
