The role requires a proven trajectory in hospitality leadership, with 10+ years’ experience, union awareness, and familiarity with Marriott systems; California experience is a plus. Competitive compensation is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments.
• Lead a diverse team of department heads and staff.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, F&B, banquets, facilities, and maintenance.
• Monitor service quality to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and manage the property's budget and financial performance.
• Drive revenue through pricing, upselling, and service enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety standards.
