Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help run a school safely and effectively under the supervision of the School Director. In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the site and for promoting a positive learning environment.

The role supports social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children, recruits and retains quality staff, and ensures compliance with company and state licensing standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates Degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
