Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to support the safe, effective operation of our school. You will work with the School Director to ensure safety standards and high-quality child care, while promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth for children.

In the Director’s absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the school, lead a caring team, and help drive profitability and community trust in our education programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• State education requirements met.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
