Job summary

The Assistant Director at Learning Care Group is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, and, in the Director’s absence, for sole responsibility of the school. They assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

They are accountable for licensing compliance, fostering a caring educational environment, recruiting and retaining quality staff, and contributing to the company's growth in the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associate Degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Georgia 40 hour director course completed is preferred.
