Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the School Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school and to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director assumes sole responsibility and helps lead a caring, educational environment for children and families while upholding licensing standards and company expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
