Job summary

The Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the school and help promote the children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.

You will be accountable, responsible, creative, positive, and team-oriented as you recruit and retain quality staff while supporting profitability for the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates Degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities
