Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help ensure the safe, effective operation of the school. You will work with the School Director to promote a caring, stimulating environment where children can grow socially, physically, and intellectually.

In the Director's absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the school and lead staff recruitment, training, and daily supervision to deliver high-quality early childhood education in a licensed setting.

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 2+ years of Assistant Director experience in licensed child care required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director and achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates Degree in ECE or related field is preferred
