Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help run a safe, engaging child care program and partner with the School Director to achieve our safety vision. The role involves supporting growth, ensuring quality experiences for children and families, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

As an Assistant Director, you will lead a caring team, help recruit staff, and ensure licensing and company standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates Degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the safe, effective operation of the school with the Director.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
