Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee safe, effective school operations in partnership with the School Director. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director assumes full responsibility for the school and supports the growth of children socially, physically, and intellectually.

The role emphasizes maintaining licensing standards, promoting a positive company image, and building a strong caregiving team for a high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BA degree required.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Required BA degree.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $22.78/starting hourly based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
