Learning Care seeks an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school in partnership with the School Director. You will help promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children and support families.

In the Director's absence, you lead the school and contribute to creating a caring, educational environment, overseeing staff, and aligning with licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Required BA degree.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $22.78/starting hourly based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
