Job summary

Learning Care is seeking an Assistant Director to help operate a school safely and effectively alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the school and contribute to children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.

You will ensure compliance with licensing standards, foster a nurturing environment, recruit and retain qualified staff, and promote the company’s image in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Required BA degree.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $22.78/starting hourly based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
