Learning Care Group, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director to help run the school safely and effectively with the School Director. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director assumes sole responsibility for the school and supports growing children’s social, physical, and intellectual development.

The role emphasizes accountability, staff recruitment, and maintaining a caring, educational environment that aligns with company standards and community needs.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must meet state education and center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.

Job description

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $24.58 - $26.47 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
