Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a nonprofit, with supervisory experience.
• Leadership role in homeless services; preferred 5 years supervisory in facilities/operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure smooth shelter operations, guest services, facility maintenance, food services, and campus security.
• Coordinate inspections and safety plans, including emergency response and weather events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise Guest Service staff; oversee onboarding and staff development.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, data tracking, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure food service compliance and budget tracking; report on program outcomes.
