Qualifications

• 3-7 years facilities management experience in a residential facility
• Fire Safety Certification is a plus
• OSHA Certification preferred
• Valid Driver License if authorized to drive agency vehicle
• Knowledge of city/state/federal building codes and standards
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operational, safety, and maintenance aspects of the shelter facility
• Provide supervision of facility staff, other program staff, and external vendors
• Ensure coverage for all shifts and respond to emergencies 24/7
• Work with Shelter Director to meet contractual obligations and programmatic goals
• Manage procurement, inventory, and expenditures; maintain records and reporting
