Job summary

The Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida seeks a Shelter Housing Services Manager to lead housing-focused services at the Men’s Service Center and Center for Women and Families, supervising Housing Specialists and ensuring timely, housing-oriented case management.

You will oversee HMIS reporting, maintain grant compliance, and coordinate with landlords and partners to move guests toward permanent housing, while fostering a guest-centered, accountable workplace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in homeless services or shelter operations with leadership
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating housing programs
• Knowledge of housing-focused case management and compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of shelter operations and housing services
• Supervise housing specialists across MSC and CWF
• Ensure HMIS/ClientTrack and grant compliance
• Recruit, interview, and promote staff when appropriate
• Coordinate with landlords and partners to move guests toward permanent housing
