Responsibilities

• Provide access to hygiene items, clothing, and cleaning supplies to guests.
• Assist with receiving donations, property retrieval, and meal service during assigned times.
• Assist visitors, staff, volunteers, and donors with information and directions.
• Report safety and security concerns to the appropriate staff and document as needed.
• Conduct regular rounds and maintain radio communications while on duty.
