Job summary

White Lodging in Austin seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the hotel’s front office operations, from front desk to concierge, ensuring smooth daily service and guest satisfaction.

You’ll coach teams, manage staffing and expenses, collaborate with housekeeping, and analyze service scores to drive continuous improvement. A college degree is preferred and we offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office operations and guest service.
• Knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and labor productivity.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Front Office teams (Front Desk, PBX, Concierge, Bell Stand) daily.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest feedback proactively.
• Monitor staffing levels and manage controllable expenses to meet budgeted goals.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain brand standards.
• Develop, coach, and mentor associates with development plans and feedback.
• Analyze guest service scores and budget performance to drive improvements.
