Job summary

You will collaborate with enrollment, academic programs, and IT teams to improve processes and support the applicant lifecycle. Hybrid on-campus and remote work is available; the role reports to the Director of Enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Hands-on experience with a higher education CRM (Slate or similar).
• Customer service experience in admission and operations preferred.
• 1–3 years admissions or operations experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead undergraduate admission processing and credential management workflows.
• Process graduate health science applications and verify prerequisites.
• Conduct daily data audits and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with enrollment and academic teams to optimize workflows.
• Participate in weekly Operations meetings and support special projects.
