Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help lead a school in Redmond, WA. In partnership with the School Director, you’ll ensure safe, effective daily operation and support the growth of children across social, physical, and intellectual domains.

You’ll promote a positive image of the company, recruit and retain quality staff, and help drive profitability while maintaining compliance with licensing standards and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of a starting hourly at $29.79 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
