Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to ensure the safe and effective operation of the school under the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will have sole responsibility for the school and help cultivate the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

The role requires leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and meeting state education requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of a starting hourly at $29.79 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
