Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to ensure safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will have sole responsibility for the school and assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents.
• Help promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of a starting hourly at $25.13 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
