Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school and the growth of the children.

• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $25.05 starting hourly based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
