Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates safely and effectively with the School Director to meet Learning Care Group's safety vision.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
