Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to support the safe, effective operation of the school in partnership with the School Director. The role emphasizes leading a caring environment, safeguarding children, and promoting their social, physical, and intellectual development.

As an Assistant Director you will recruit and retain qualified staff, uphold licensing standards, and maintain a positive image of the company for the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director.
• Assist in promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Recruit, train, and retain quality staff to maintain a high standard of care.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
