Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is looking for a Training Lead to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will deliver certification courses, guide store teams on merchandising and the basic P’s of retail, greet customers, assist with product questions, and process transactions while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure a highly attentive and accurate level of customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Demonstrate understanding of merchandise and installation.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at check-out using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Stock, tag displays, and create price tags/signs.
