Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays; create price tags and signs.
• Process checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Direct product specialists and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and forklift certification if applicable.
