Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, product information, and assistance with purchases throughout the store.

You will play a key role in greeting customers, answering questions, and directing them to the right products. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service or sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service/sales experience (or equivalent) is acceptable.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) are required.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge across the floor.
• Greet customers and answer product questions to assist selections.
• Process transactions at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per policy.
• Communicate store procedures and changes to team members.
• Assist with stocking, pricing, and merchandising to maintain organized displays.
• Operate forklift certification and safety procedures as needed within the warehouse environment.
