Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful, courteous manner and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Communicate inventory needs and pricing changes to management.
• Stock and tag displays and create price tags and signs.
