Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring a Customer Service focused associate in Georgia to assist customers, answer questions, and process transactions at checkout. You will help customers select products and provide knowledgeable guidance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, merchandise organization, safety, and meeting store standards. Candidates should have high school diploma or GED and at least one year of sales or customer service experience; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Demonstrate safety compliance in lifting practices and procedures.
• Drive and teach the basic P’s of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high level of customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and understand merchandise and installation.
