Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide product information. You will greet customers, assist with product selections, and process transactions at the POS.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification may be required and product knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner
• Assist customers with product questions and selections
• Process customers at check-out using the POS system
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines
• Stock and tag merchandise displays as required
• Create price tags and merchandise signs
• Demonstrate understanding of merchandise and installation
• Maintain overall merchandising, pricing and organization of the department
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to associates in a timely manner
• Operate forklift certification as required
• Offer product demonstrations and classes to customers
• Communicate inventory needs to management
• Support store hours and customer service standards
