Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist responsible for developing Product Sales Specialists and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role ensures customers receive accurate product information and a positive shopping experience while maintaining strong product knowledge. This position requires High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price signs.
• Demonstrate merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Communicate inventory needs to management.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
