The role focuses on directing staff, completing certifications, maintaining accurate merchandise, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable assistance at checkout while upholding company safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure attentive customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout, refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Stock displays and create price tags/signs.
• Present how-to classes to customers.
