Floor & Decor in Sanford, Florida is seeking a Training and Development Specialist for Product Sales Specialists. You will train staff, ensure customers have a positive shopping experience, and provide product information to assist purchases.

This role requires a High School diploma, 1 year customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train product sales specialists to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure proper merchandise, pricing, and department organization.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout and handle refunds/exchanges according to guidelines.
• Communicate SOP changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Operate forklift safely and complete certification.
