Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Product Sales Specialists to deliver attentive customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Assist with checkout transactions using the POS system and process refunds/exchanges.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Stock and tag displays and create price signs.
• Coordinate inventory needs with management.
