Floor & Decor in Devon, PA is seeking an Assistant Department Manager to lead and coach Product Sales Specialists, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience through exceptional service and product knowledge. The role focuses on training, supervision, and daily store operations in the Deco department.

You will drive merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, and inventory coordination while delivering hands-on classes to customers and maintaining strong safety and quality practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver attentive customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Develop thorough knowledge of merchandise and installation.
• Manage department merchandising, pricing and organization.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and checkout using POS.
