Floor & Decor is seeking a dedicated team member to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. You will train and develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service with expert product information.

The role emphasizes walking customers through the basic P’s of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, and Purchasing, while maintaining store standards and assisting with merchandise placement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Display and tag merchandise; stock as required.
• Provide price tags and signs; maintain department order.
