Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
• Open and close the store and perform select managerial duties
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Conduct audits, approvals, and cash office functions
• Operate POS, process transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Provide product knowledge and support to customers and associates
• Coordinate stock, pricing, and merchandising for the department
• Explain and enforce security, safety, and loss prevention policies
