Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise the Deli Bakery HMS Associates.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture reflective of Food Lion's Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure the department's appearance, safety, quality, and sanitation standards are maintained and compliant with policies.
