Job summary

The Schnucks family is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Manager to help lead daily customer service operations in our store. You will assist the Customer Service Manager, supervise checkers and baggers, and ensure smooth checkout handling while maintaining friendly service.

Qualifications

• Training provided at store level.
• Internal candidates preferred with six months' store tenure or one year for Store Support Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
• Supervision of checkers and baggers to maximize efficiency of checkout process.
• Write schedule for baggers, checkers, U-scan and service center ensuring proper coverage during all business hours.
• Perform all service center duties including lottery, cash drawer audits, and store safe management.
• Take on duties of the Customer Service Manager when they are not on-site.
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management.
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
