Job summary

ITAC Solutions seeks an Assistant Controller / Interim Accounting Manager to lead financial operations during a critical transition. You will own reporting, controls, and the accounts payable function from day one within a well-established luxury manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include GAAP-compliant reporting, internal controls, lease accounting using LeaseQuery, and collaboration on audits and budgets. This contract offers immediate ownership and a stable, short-term engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience at the Assistant Controller level or equivalent.
• LeaseQuery experience is a plus.

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems.
• Manage internal controls and GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Supervise the accounts payable function and cash control.
• Prepare financial reports across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Support budgeting and budget-to-actual variance analysis.

Compensation

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems
• Manage internal controls and GAAP-compliant reporting
• Supervise the accounts payable function and cash control
• Prepare financial reports across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
• Support budgeting and budget-to-actual variance analysisl
• Manage lease balance accounting and reporting using LeaseQuery
• Support audit and tax processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
