Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking an in-person Property Accountant in Seattle to manage income collection and accounts payable for residential communities. You will maintain resident records, process notices, and ensure timely deposits and payments, supporting leasing and resident services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.
• Accounts Payable experience or prior experience reviewing and paying/entering invoices.

Responsibilities

• Income Collection & Accounts Payable: Maintains accurate resident records and deposits all receipts prior to bank close each day.
• Oversees invoice management and timely payment; may reconcile property credit card per policies.
• Assists with month-end procedures including deposit accounting, variances, expiring leases, and receivable aging.
