Thrive Communities in Seattle, WA is seeking a property management professional for a 100% in-person role focused on income collection, accounts payable, resident relations, marketing, and administrative duties to keep communities thriving. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property management, experience with Yardi/CRM, and strong customer service skills.

You will help maintain resident records, process payments, and support leasing efforts while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent experience, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site
• Accounts Payable experience or prior experience reviewing and paying/entering invoices.

Responsibilities

• Income Collection & Accounts Payable: Maintain resident records, issue notices, deposits, oversee payments, reconcile cards, assist month-end procedures.
