Job summary

Asset Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a residential community under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will help manage rent collections, leasing activity, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks on site.

In this onsite role, you will lead staff, ensure compliance with fair housing and safety guidelines, and support budget adherence while delivering excellent resident service and occupancy results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred or 2 years in housing industry.
• Ability to perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Two years related experience and/or training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Lead delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and administration.
