Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community. You will handle accounting tasks, monthly close-outs, report generation, rent collection, and payments, using the property management system to track financials.

The role involves assisting leasing and marketing efforts, managing daily financial transactions, vendor invoicing, and ensuring property standards.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED; Experience in property management etc.
Advanced communication, presentation and delivery skills are needed.
Proficiency with property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by completing the full leasing cycle.
Handles daily financial operations: processing invoices, collecting rent, deposits and reconciliations.
Reviews vendor invoices and reconciles work performed with company policies.
Gathers, analyzes, and interprets market trends to inform improvements and occupancy strategies.
Maintains safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property; coordinates maintenance tasks.
