RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial operations, leasing, and site supervision. The role involves processing invoices, collecting rent, and reporting financials while helping drive occupancy through targeted marketing and resident relations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, and proven customer service skills, plus familiarity with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, and OneSite.
• Able to operate computer and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by completing the full leasing cycle.
• Reviews and submits invoices for payment by reconciling work performed with company policies.
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets market trends and recommends improvements.
• Keeps informed about technology changes and leasing tools and processes.
• Manages lease enforcement, property tours, and client/owner updates as needed.
• Oversees contractor and vendor management and safety/compliance at the property.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in the Community Manager's absence and coordinates maintenance.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows concession programs.
