Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager in Ankeny, IA to oversee daily operations and financials under the Community Manager. You will handle rent collection, postings, and budgeted revenue alignment while guiding staff and maintaining compliance.

The role requires leasing expertise, strong customer service, and supervisory skills to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth property performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile payments and income for residents and applicants.
• Monitor and follow up on bad debt and evictions.
• Manage end-of-month closings and reporting.
• Supervise onsite staff and conduct training.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.
• Show and lease units, and move-ins.
