Job summary

Rose Associates in New York City seeks an Assistant Community Manager for our multifamily properties. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, resident relations, and administrative tasks to ensure vibrant communities.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in multifamily leasing or assistant management, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Yardi, RentCafe), and a NY real estate license within 120 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, real estate or finance.
• Minimum of 3 years in multifamily leasing or assistant community management.
• Proficiency in community management software (Yardi, RentCafe) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and resident relations.
• Draft and distribute resident communications; liaise with ownership as needed.
• Monitor leases, renewals, and occupancy strategies to hit targets.
• Coordinate Move-In/Move-Out activities and inspections.
• Assist with budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting.
